Donovan recently converted my home from hot water cylinder to gas califont. Lanark Bathrooms were recommended by a friend, he found them extremely responsive when communicating. Lanark had the job booked and completed within a fortnight, Donovan's workmanship is conscientious and of a very high standard, the job was completed as discussed on the initial visit. This hot water conversion was completed for a reasonable price, and I can’t recommend Lanark more highly.
After our Laundry and Toilet were flooded needing floor and wall repairs, we found Donovan and Ryan to be really professional at sorting our issues. We had also decided to update and modernize the Toilet. There was a number of options presented to us to choose from, with no pressure to accept one over the other. They kept to the schedule of getting all the work done. It was carried out in a excellent manner with minimum disruption to us. They were very tidy and all debris was also taken care of. There are other projects that we will be undertaking and have no hesitation to have Donovan and Ryan complete these for us. We have recommended them to friends as we are confident all their customers are treated as we have been.
Last year, we did some renovations to our house, including a complete makeover of the ensuite, bathroom, and toilet, which was all done by Ryan. We are very happy with the final results. Ryan is hardworking, responsible, meticulous, and very organized. He is very professional and polite while friendly and easy to talk to; he also relates very well with others involved in the renovation. Ryan knows his trade very well, always showing good expertise. He also follows up on every little detail until everything works perfectly, even after the job is completed.
Ryan recently replaced the bathroom in our house, which was originally built in 1910. This required reconstruction of that part of the house (including foundations) due to the house's age. The completed bathroom is excellent, and we have absolutely no reservation in recommending Ryan as a builder to anyone regarding the standard of his work and his communication to us during this process.
Ryan was always on time and always kept his word. All the work was done to high standards, very precise and beautiful. We highly recommend Ryan and his company if you want to build or renovate your bathroom.
